today i've interviewed some guys for additional graphic designer at my office, because my senior saw me quite bustle with my work and she thinks I need a partner to help me out.
along with the company going bigger, so we open a lot of jobs vacancy , and one of it is vacancy for graphic designer.
from almost 100 person who send resume, there are only 4 person choosen for the interview but none of them appropriately for it... huu... i think it's hard to find a good partner to work..
honestly, I want to move out from my job maybe that's why it seem i can't handle my job alone, because my heart feel i don't belong here... but there's many things to consider and i'm still preparing my portfolio.
